Origin Story
In the dynamic world of business solutions, innovation often stems from finding new and better ways to address the needs of clients. For John Allen and Tony Grijalva, co-founders of G&A Partners, (the parent company of PEER Accounting and Advisory) the evolution of their organization was no different.
Initially a CPA practice, the partners continuously adapted their business model to respond to the requests and challenges of their clients, ultimately evolving into one of the most successful, privately-owned PEO (HR outsourcing) providers in the nation.
G&A Partners and PEER
Throughout the years, G&A Partners identified opportunities to expand into new geographic markets through key acquisitions. But it wasn’t just about geography – G&A was focused on finding organizations that shared their same dedication to helping clients grow and succeed.
In 2021, G&A Partners expanded into the Southeast with the acquisition of XMI – a PEO based in Nashville. In addition to a commonality in products, services, and a commitment to world-class client satisfaction, the acquisition gave John and Tony the ability to address an untapped opportunity (and growing demand) within their existing business – the need for bookkeeping, accounting, and financial expertise.
XMI’s robust accounting offering enabled G&A to deliver outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services to the market, and from that PEER was born. This synergistic collaboration delivers a robust solution tailored to the unique needs of small business clients.
