  • Senior Accountant: Quarterbacks the relationship, reviews staff work, delivers financial reports, coordinates monthly meetings
  • Staff Accountant: Enters accounts payable, prepares customer invoices, creates journal entries, reconciles accounts
This team works as a unit with accountability at all levels, ensuring proper cross training and segregation of duties while enhancing client’s business continuity.
